Job Description

The candidate should be able to analyze different business domains and create engaging social media strategies, creative posts, reels, videos, and branding materials. They should have hands-on experience with graphic design, video editing, content planning, and AI tools to produce high-quality digital marketing content across multiple social media platforms.

Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers with a strong learning attitude are also welcome)

Our Five Stage Recruitment Process

1. Apply

Do you have exact work experience as per job requirements? If so, then you are invited to apply for the vacant position. When you apply for any open position please make sure the skills and achievements are mentioned appropriately in your resume.

2. Review & Intro

Once we receive your job application it is reviewed by one of our experts. Expert checks your application in depth and also checks for the attaching test answer if any. Based on review, we shortlist for introduction interview, which can be held on the phone call or video call.

3. Personal Interview

Once you pass, introduction interview, we invite for a personal interview. During person interview we ask for things related to your job responsibilities. Generally, questions of this interview come from real time incidents we faced in the past.

4. Practical Task In Real Time

The purpose of providing practical task in real time is an opportunity for the candidate to expose their skills and abilities. This helps us to understand the individual’s capacity and bifurcate work as per skills. We take a real time test because real time activates core ability to work and we are looking for it.

5. Offer

If you're fit and timing are right on your end then you might get selected. In this case stay in close touch with your recruiter who will walk you through the process of joining and will give you offer letter.
